If you are uncomfortable that could be a sign you are on the right track

Every time you choose to take a risk in your business, or in your personal life, you will confront being Uncomfortable. This is true by definition – given that you are trying to do something new you are forcing yourself to experience “Newness” which is usually accompanied with discomfort. So why are you resisting it?

I am going to ask you to become a Personality on Video, if you are going to last in Real Estate! You will not only disagree with me; you will look for evidence to talk me into how disillusioned I am… but deep down you know I am right…

If you are uncomfortable that could be a sign you are on the right track

So go ahead, have your ‘Hissy Fit’, then start making videos regularly.

These Videos are not about you – they are about you connecting to potential Sellers and Buyers; because, before they can buy or sell Real Estate from you – they have to Buy You!

You already understand that we live in a Social Media World – yet you choose to play “Secret Agent!”

Let me share some thoughts with you:

1. You will Never be Ready for Video!

2. Accept who you are; as you are right now!

3. You will only get better once you get started, and others start commenting on your work.

4. You will never get better in just one take – you get better with repetition.

5. No one is ever born an expert – all experts are trained, dedicated, and disciplined.

6. Meet people virtually as you meet them in person; meaning be exactly who you are on Video!

So be uncomfortable; cry when it gets hard; scream at the wind so you can center yourself again – then accept how God has made you; you will find simplicity, wisdom, and empowerment in these simple ideas…
