2012 is around the corner – are you planning for it?

I read a forum post today from a colleague, Rick McDaniel, and it inspired this blog.

Are Real Estate Agents and Brokers preparing for 2012?

My experience, as a Real Estate Trainer and Coach, is that most agents and brokers are reactive – rather than proactive… When Real Estate Professionals focus on prospecting and helping Sellers they tend to grow their business – unfortunately, when they are reduced to focusing on just Buyers – their creativity is diminished…

So let me ask you this:

Are you preparing for 2012?

How are you doing so?

and what Tools or Ideas do you wish to master in order to become the best Real Estate Agent?
